Unless NET30 terms have been pre-approved or established with Monarch, repair/calibration requests are prepay in the form of company check or major credit card.
No monies are due at the time of RMA request. A formal quote will be provided by email after repair evaluation/calibration is complete, and thus payment will be required to proceed with final services and return of product.
