Are Monarch Instrument products made in the USA?
Monarch Instrument has been a US manufacturer since 1977. Our products are built and assembled with US and imported components in our New Hampshire facility.
Is Monarch Instrument ISO certified?

What is Monarch Instrument’s return policy?
Please contact Monarch at (800-999-3390) or at: repairs@monarchinstrument.com for further details. In some instances, there is a re-stock fee applicable.
How do I send in a repair or recalibration?
All repairs and/or recalibrations can be submitted through our website (LINK). Complete and submit the form providing as much detail as possible and you will receive your RMA number via email. Follow the email’s instructions to return the product – and please be sure to include your RMA number. You may also contact Monarch directly (800-999-3390) or at: repairs@monarchinstrument.com to receive an RMA as well.
What does it cost to recalibrate a device?
This varies with every model. Contact Monarch directly (800-999-3390) or at: repairs@monarchinstrument.com. No monies are due at the time of RMA request. A formal quote will be emailed once the unit(s) has been received and evaluated in-house. Once approval is received, payment will be required to proceed with final services and return of product.
What kind of calibration does Monarch Instrument provide?
Monarch Instrument provides NIST Traceable Certificates.
What does it cost to repair a device?
This varies with every model. There is a flat repair evaluation fee, plus the cost of parts. No monies are due at the time of RMA request. A formal quote will be emailed once the unit(s) has been received and evaluated in-house. Once approval is received, payment will be required to proceed with final services and return of product
Can I EXPEDITE the turn-around of a repair/calibration request?
For an additional $50 fee, a repair and/or calibration request can be processed with a 48-hour turn-around from date from receipt. An EXPEDITE request must be made at the initial time of RMA assignment.
What is the warranty period for a NEW purchase?
Monarch warranties most product for (1) year from date of purchase for manufacturer defect resulting from any defects in workmanship or material. The warranty does not extend or apply to consumables or accessories (including, but not limited to, reflective tape, lamps and batteries).
