Quality Manager: The individual in this role will initially focus on enhancing, and migrating, our ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System to ISO 9001:2015. Experience with ISO 17025 requirements is a plus. As we focus on Continuous Improvement, we need the right person to help us improve our procedures, which will involve collaborating, and facilitating discussions, with other departments. In addition, this individual will oversee our Quality Control Inspectors to ensure Monarch products meet or exceed our, and our customer's, quality standards.
