
FAQs: illumiNova® Fixed Mount Stroboscope Maintenance
Any adjustment, maintenance, and repair of the opened stroboscope under voltage should be strictly avoided. If inevitable, this should be carried out only by a skilled person who is aware of the hazard involved. All repairs should be carried out only by authorized service personnel or returned to an authorized repair center.

Ensure the unit is turned OFF and AC power is disconnected before attempting any maintenance.
What are the requirements/suggestions for illumiNova Fixed Mount Stroboscope maintenance?
The illumiNova has no user serviceable parts inside the enclosure. The only item that requires maintenance is the cooling fan filter which is accessible on the right end of the unit looking at the rear of the enclosure (see images below). The filter will need cleaning periodically depending on the environment. If the location/work environment is very dusty/dirty, you should clean the fan filter more often; for really dirty location/work areas, you can purchase replacement fan guard/filter sets. Replacement filters are available through our website, or Customer Service.

NOTE: Replacing the cooling fan filter will not void the warranty. However, removing/replacing the fan or anything else involving the inside of the illumiNova will void the warranty.
