Monarch Instrument has a longstanding commitment to providing a safe, quality-oriented, productive work environment. Therefore, candidates selected for employment with Monarch Instrument must pass a drug test before beginning work (after receiving an offer of employment). Failure to pass a post-offer drug test will result in the offer being rescinded and disqualifying from employment consideration for six (6) months. Refusal to submit to testing will result in disqualification of further employment consideration. Employees are also subject to post-accident and reasonable suspicion testing.
